H 2793 General Bill, By E.D. Foxworth, J.D. Bradley, T.A. Limehouse and T.T. Mappus
    A Bill to amend Article 1, Chapter 7, Title 2, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to legislative bills and enactments by adding Section 2-7-73, so as to provide that the amount of funding received by any state-supported college or university during a fiscal year from, and the amount of any compensation paid to an employee thereof during that fiscal year by, a nonprofit educational foundation affiliated or associated with the institution must be reported to the House Ways and Means Committee and the Senate Finance Committee by the following January first so that these committees may have this information when considering the next year's General Appropriations Bill.
