S 0295 General Bill, By I.E. Lourie, Land and Leatherman
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 42-11-35 so as to provide that heart disease or hypertension resulting in hospitalization or death developed by certain current and newly hired law enforcement or correction officers is presumed to have arisen out of and in the course of employment.
