    A Bill to amend Article 5, Chapter 25, Title 59, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to employment and dismissal of teachers, so as to add Section 59-25-465 to afford teachers the right to notice and the opportunity for a hearing when a teacher is relieved of duties which are in addition to the teacher's regular teaching duties, if the teacher received additional compensation for the additional duties.
