A Bill to amend Section 22-1-25, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the requirement that a magistrate retire not later than the end of the fiscal year in which he reaches his seventy-second birthday, so as to delete this requirement and provide that a magistrate may continue to serve after his seventy-second birthday so long as the appointing authority consents to and by appointment provides for such service.
