A Bill to amend Section 30-4-70, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to closed meetings of a public body under the South Carolina Freedom of Information Act and executive sessions of the General Assembly, so as to prohibit executive sessions of the General Assembly and to provide that the above provisions are effective upon the ratification of a Constitutional Amendment prohibiting closed, secret, or executive sessions of each house of the General Assembly.
