H 3315 General Bill, By J. Rama, Bailey and Littlejohn
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 6-11-310 so as to provide that special purpose districts, not otherwise empowered to condemn by law, are granted the power of eminent domain and for this purpose are considered to be "condemnors" within the meaning of the South Carolina Eminent Domain Procedure Act.
