A Concurrent Resolution petitioning the Congress of the United States to propose an amendment to the United States Constitution for submission to the states to limit the number of terms a person may serve in the United States House of Representatives to no greater than six and to limit the number of terms a person may serve in the United States Senate to no greater than two, or in the alternative, to call a convention for the sole and exclusive purpose of proposing such an amendment for submission to the states for ratification.
