    A Bill to amend Article 3, Chapter 9 of Title 61, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to beer, ale, porter, and wine permits by adding Section 61-9-465 so as to provide that no permit may be issued if the place of business of the permittee is within five hundred feet of any residence and to provide exceptions.
