    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 59-73-170 so as to authorize the board of trustees of certain school districts to levy an impact tax against previously untaxed mobile or manufactured homes, and to provide that the impact tax collected must be used for building purposes of the district.
