A Bill to impose a tax on the incineration and disposition of infectious waste equal to twenty-five percent of the fee charged for its incineration and disposition, to require the tax revenues to be credited monthly to separate funds maintained by the State Treasurer for each county in which the tax is collected which may only be used for economic development, recreation, and cultural activities in the county and released only with the written approval of a majority of the legislative delegation of the affected county, and to define "infectious waste".
