H 3705 General Bill, By J.H. Toal, T.F. Rogers and L.L. Taylor
    A Bill to amend Article 7, Chapter 13, Title 8, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to rules of conduct for purposes of State ethics provisions of law, by adding Section 8-13-455 so as to provide that a member of a county governing body is not disqualified from voting on the appropriate tax millage to levy for school purposes in the county because he is employed by a school district in the county.
