    A BILL TO AMEND CHAPTER 9, TITLE 50, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO HUNTING, FISHING, AND TRAPPING LICENSES, BY ADDING SECTION 50-9-750 SO AS TO AUTHORIZE THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES TO ENTER INTO RECIPROCAL AGREEMENTS WITH AUTHORITIES OF THE STATES OF GEORGIA, FLORIDA, NORTH CAROLINA, AND TENNESSEE WHEREBY A PERSON OVER SIXTY-FIVE YEARS OF AGE WHO HAS A VALID HUNTING OR FISHING LICENSE ON HIS PERSON, ISSUED BY A RECIPROCATING STATE THAT EXTENDS THE SAME HUNTING AND FISHING PRIVILEGES TO PERSONS OVER SIXTY-FIVE YEARS OF AGE WHO ARE RESIDENTS OF THIS STATE, MAY HUNT OR FISH IN THIS STATE WITHOUT PURCHASING A NONRESIDENT HUNTING OR FISHING LICENSE IN THIS STATE.
