    A Bill to amend Section 5-3-150, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to changing municipal corporate limits by petition of seventy-five percent or more of landowners, so as to provide that annexation of real property in a multi-county park titled in the name of a political subdivision of the State requires the consent of the governing body of the political subdivisions holding title.
