    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 43-1-95 so as to provide for the establishment by the State Department of Social Services of written criteria for evaluating a county department of social services and its directors, the criteria requirements, and advisory committee to design a review procedure for county operations, corrective action plans and compliance, and the county director's removal.
