    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 31-17-55 so as to prohibit the sale or offer for sale of a manufactured home after July 1, 1989, unless a sprinkler system is installed, and to authorize the State Fire Marshal to promulgate regulations relating to the type of sprinkler system required.
