H 4146 General Bill, By J.D. Bradley
    A Bill to amend Title 39, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to trade and commerce, by adding Chapter 65 so as to require manufacturers of toys, delivered to or made in this State for the purpose of sale or distribution to the general public, to place cautionary warnings on all toys that are potentially hazardous to young children and to provide penalties for violations.
