    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 16-15-265 so as to provide that no motion picture video may be rented or sold in this State which has not been rated by the Motion Picture Association of America or other similar industry rating organization, to provide that any motion picture video not rated for general audiences must also have a statement attached to its container explaining the reason for its not being rated for general audiences, and to provide penalties for violations.
