A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 58-1-60 so as to provide that whenever an employee of a utility uses his employer-supplied identification to gain admission to the business or residence premises of a customer of the utility to repair or maintain equipment or service, the employer shall be liable for the acts of its employee which cause damage or injury while on or within the customer's premises.
