A Bill A Bill to amend Section 56-1-30, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to persons exempt from licensing requirements, so as to provide a new resident of this State who is at least sixteen years of age and has a valid operator or chauffeur's license may operate a motor vehicle in this State for not more than ninety days from the date he establishes residency in this State.
