A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 59-19-35 so as to provide that candidates for election to the office of school board trustee who must use the petition method to get on the ballot are only required to use this petition method once and thereafter may get on the ballot for election to this office by filing a declaration of candidacy, and to require a filing fee to be paid with the declaration of candidacy.
