    A Bill to amend Section 12-51-96, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the conditions of redemption for the owner of a mobile or modular home permitted under the provisions of Section 12-51-95, so as to provide that the defaulting taxpayer shall pay rent to the purchaser in an amount not to exceed fifty dollars instead of an unlimited amount.
