A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 59-29-65 so as to provide that all high school students must successfully complete a course in cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the administration of the Heimlich maneuver as a prerequisite for graduation from high school, and to provide that students may receive this instruction at school or at another public or private sector location approved by the local school board of trustees.
