    A Bill to amend Section 12-27-390, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the distribution of one-half of one percent of the gasoline tax revenues to the credit of the Water Recreational Resources Fund of the State Treasury, so as to provide that distributions to counties from the fund may be used for capital improvements for recreational purposes.
