    A Bill to amend Section 56-5-1270, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to written reports of motor vehicle accidents and investigations, so as to require a law enforcement officer investigating a motor vehicle accident to photograph the scene of the accident at the time of the investigation.
