    AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 59-48-20, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE GOVERNOR'S SCHOOL FOR SCIENCE AND MATHEMATICS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A PROVOST OR VICE PRESIDENT OF ACADEMIC AFFAIRS WHO MUST SERVE AS AN EX OFFICIO MEMBER MAY DESIGNATE A PERSON TO SERVE IN HIS PLACE IF HE INTENDS FOR THE DESIGNEE TO SERVE CONTINUOUSLY. - ratified title
