    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 12-39-360 so as to provide that a county auditor, with the approval of the county governing body, may contract with independent agents for aid and assistance in discovering personal property that has escaped property taxation and to provide the source of compensation for the agents.
