    A Joint Resolution to prohibit until July 1, 1997, the Department of Health and Environmental Control from issuing a permit or approving an application to operate a landfill at 104 Omar Court in Lexington County and to require the Secretary of State to send a copy of this Joint Resolution to each Board member of the Department of Health and Environmental Control.
