    A Bill to amend Section 50-13-1116, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the marking and identification of nongame fishing devices, so as to revise the requirement for floating markers, and to amend Section 50-13-1180, as amended, relating to trotlines, so as to eliminate certain hook requirements in Lakes Marion and Moultrie and delete the prohibition on stainless steel hooks.
