    A BILL TO AMEND ACT 602 OF 1992, RELATING TO THE MANNER IN WHICH THE ANNUAL BUDGET AND TAX MILLAGE FOR THE SCHOOL DISTRICT OF GREENVILLE COUNTY MUST BE DETERMINED, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE BOARD MAY ALSO RAISE THE SCHOOL MILLAGE AS NECESSARY, BUT AT A RATE NOT TO EXCEED FOUR MILLS IN ANY ONE YEAR, TO MAINTAIN A TEACHER SALARY SCHEDULE EQUAL TO THE SALARY SCHEDULE OF ANY OTHER SCHOOL DISTRICT IN THIS STATE.
