    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 62-2-612, so as to provide that for decedents dying after December 31, 1988, a maximum marital deduction formula in a will or trust must be construed to mean the maximum permitted by Section 2056 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 as amended through December 31, 1988.
