    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 17-22-50, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO PERSONS WHO MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED TO BE PLACED IN AN INTERVENTION PROGRAM, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT ALL PERSONS WHO MAY BE CONSIDERED TO BE PLACED IN AN INTERVENTION PROGRAM MUST BE NOTIFIED BY THE SOLICITOR THAT HE MUST SUBMIT AN APPLICATION TO THE INTERVENTION PROGRAM OR TO THE CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGE OF THE COURT OF GENERAL SESSIONS.
