    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-1-50, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO REQUIREMENTS TO OBTAIN A BEGINNER'S PERMIT OR A DRIVER'S LICENSE, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A PERSON EIGHTEEN YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER WHO IS AN AID TO FAMILIES WITH DEPENDENT CHILDREN RECIPIENT IS REQUIRED TO HAVE A BEGINNER'S PERMIT FOR THIRTY RATHER THAN NINETY DAYS BEFORE BEING ELIGIBLE FOR FULL LICENSURE.
