    A Bill to amend Article 1, Chapter 43, Title 38, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to insurance agents, by adding Section 38-43-106 so as to provide for biennial continuing education requirements for agents licensed to sell property and casualty insurance and to authorize the Chief Insurance Commissioner to promulgate regulations to implement these provisions.
