A Bill to amend Section 50-13-1640, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to drawing of a private pond by the owner, so as to provide that the pond must be drawn in the presence of or under the supervision of a representative of the Department of Wildlife and Marine Resources and that fish taken at the drawing may be sold only to the ultimate consumer and may not be resold.
