    A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 12-37-220, RELATING TO GENERAL EXEMPTION FROM AD VALOREM TAXES, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT UP TO TWO MOTOR VEHICLES HELD IN TRUST FOR THE BENEFIT OF A DISABLED VETERAN ARE EXEMPT FROM AD VALOREM TAXES.
