The Office of Legislative Printing, Information & Technology Systems (LPITS) is proud to announce the launch of a new site for students, Student Connection, accessible from the South Carolina Legislature Online. Our intent is to “connect students with the South Carolina Legislature” by providing online resources relative to our State and the Legislature.
We invite you to visit often and welcome feedback offered to the Student Connection email account, StudentConnection@scstatehouse.gov.

As a result of upgrades on the legislative network, files such as Bills, Calendars and Journals published to the South Carolina Legislature Online,
www.scstatehouse.gov, will be in Microsoft Office 2007 format. Each of the Microsoft Office 2007 products contains features to ensure compatibility with previous versions of Office so that files may be shared across platforms.
For visitors accessing files on the legislative web site, a Viewer Page is available to download the Microsoft Office 2007 Compatibility Pack and the Microsoft Office 2007 Viewers for Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
