A JOINT RESOLUTION TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE STATE BOARD OF DENTISTRY, RELATING TO FEES FOR LICENSURE AND RE-REGISTRATION FOR DENTISTS, DENTAL HYGIENISTS AND DENTAL TECHNICIANS, PUBLISHED AS PROPOSED REGULATIONS IN VOLUME 2, ISSUE 27, PAGE 6 OF THE STATE REGISTER PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ACT 176 OF 1977.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Regulations approved

Section 1. The regulations of the State Board of Dentistry, relating to fees for licensure and re-registration for dentists, dental hygienists and dental technicians, published as proposed regulations in Volume 2, Issue 27, page 6 of the State Register and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Act 176 of 1977, are hereby approved.

Time effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
