AN ACT TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO CLOSE AND REMOVE FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM ROAD S-45-252 IN WILLIAMSBURG COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Road closed

Section 1. The Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall close and remove from the state highway system Road S-45-252 near Kingstree United Methodist Church in Williamsburg County.

Time effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon the approval by the Governor.
