A JOINT RESOLUTION TO DESIGNATE A BUILDING IN ALLENDALE COUNTY THE WALKER R. HARTER BUILDING.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Building named

Section 1. The building housing the State Highway Patrol and the Motor Vehicle Division of the Department of Highways and Public Transportation located on Highway 278 between Fairfax and Allendale in Allendale County is designated the Walker R. Harter Building in recognition of the many outstanding contributions Mr. Harter has made to the well-being of Allendale County.

Time effective

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon the approval by the Governor.
