AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTIONS 50-13-340 AND 50-13-2000, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO FISHING ONLY WITH HOOK AND LINE IN SANCTUARIES BETWEEN AERIAL'S CROSS ROADS AND GALIVANT'S FERRY FROM SUNRISE TO SUNSET ON WEDNESDAY AND SATURDAY OF EACH WEEK AND THE CREATION OF A FISH SANCTUARY IN LITTLE PEE DEE RIVER SWAMP IN THE SAME COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repeal

SECTION 1. Sections 50-13-340 and 50-13-2000 of the 1976 Code are repealed.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
