AN ACT TO CHANGE THE NAME OF RUSSELLVILLE NO. 1 AND RUSSELLVILLE NO. 2 VOTING PRECINCTS IN BERKELEY COUNTY TO RUSSELLVILLE AND EADYTOWN VOTING PRECINCTS RESPECTIVELY AND TO DESIGNATE THE VOTING PLACES FOR EACH PRECINCT.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Voting precincts name changed

SECTION 1. The names of Russellville No. 1 and Russellville No. 2 voting precincts in Berkeley County, as last amended by an act of 1984 bearing ratification number 313, are changed to Russellville and Eadytown voting precincts respectively.

Voting places designated

SECTION 2. The voting place for the Russellville precinct is the J. K. Gourdine School and the voting place for the Eadytown precinct is the Eadytown Fire Station.

Time effective

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
