AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 7-7-280, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE VOTING PRECINCTS AND POLLING PLACES IN GREENVILLE COUNTY SO AS TO REVISE THE POLLING PLACE OF GREENVILLE PRECINCT 14.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Voting precinct in Greenville County

SECTION 1. Precinct 14 of Section 7-7-280 of the 1976 Code, as last amended by Act 298 of 1982, is further amended to read:

"Precinct 14, Greenville, shall consist of that area bounded on the north by a line extending from the Reedy River along the rear line of property abutting Woodland Way and Fernwood Ln. to the terminus of Ackley Rd., Ackley Rd., and Laurens Rd. (Hwy. 276); on the east by S. Pleasantburg Dr. (Hwy. 291) and LeGrand Blvd.; on the south by McAlister Rd. and Cleveland St.; and on the west by the Reedy River. The polling place for this precinct is Phillis Wheatley Center."

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
