AN ACT TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO CLOSE AND REMOVE FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM A CERTAIN PORTION OF ROAD 324 IN DORCHESTER COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Department to close road

SECTION 1. The State Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall close and remove from the state highway system that portion of Road 324 in Dorchester County from Road S-18-68 easterly and northerly to Road S-18-182.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
