A JOINT RESOLUTION TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL COMMISSION, RELATING TO HEARINGS, LICENSES, SALE AND CONSUMPTION AT NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, PERMITS, DRIVE-IN/DRIVE-THRU ESTABLISHMENTS, AND PROHIBITED INTERESTS, DESIGNATED AS REGULATION DOCUMENT NUMBER 720, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ACT 176 OF 1977.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Regulations approved

SECTION 1. The regulations of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission, relating to hearings, licenses, sale and consumption at nonprofit organizations, permits, drive-in/drive-thru establishments, and prohibited interests, designated as Regulation Document Number 720, and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Act 176 of 1977, are approved.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
