AN ACT TO AMEND ACT 149 OF 1965, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE DALZELL WATER DISTRICT OF SUMTER COUNTY, SO AS TO ENLARGE THE SERVICE AREA.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

District enlarged

SECTION 1. Section 2 of Act 149 of 1965, as amended by Act 794 of 1988, is further amended by adding at the end:

"In addition to the territory described in this section, the district includes the area bordered by Green Swamp Stream and Road 673."

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
