TO PROVIDE THAT MEMBERS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY MAY NOT SERVE ON THE GOVERNING BODY OF A STATE AGENCY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. No member of the General Assembly may serve on the governing body of a state agency as defined in Section 2-15-50 of the 1976 Code.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
