A HOUSE RESOLUTION

TO AMEND RULE 11.6 OF THE RULES OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, RELATING TO THE DUTIES OF THE ETHICS COMMITTEE, SO AS TO ADD THE RESPONSIBILITY TO PUBLISH REPORTS INCLUDING ADVISORY OPINIONS PERTAINING TO RULES 11, 12, AND 13 WHEN THE REQUESTS ARE MADE IN WRITING TO THE CHAIRMAN.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:

That Rule 11.6(11) of the Rules of the House of Representatives is amended to read:

"(11) to prepare and publish those other reports as considered appropriate, including advisory opinions pertaining to Rules 11, 12, and 13 when the requests are made in writing to the Chairman;"
