AN ACT TO DECLARE PLEASURE ISLAND ROAD IN LEXINGTON COUNTY A PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Right-of-way
SECTION 1. Pleasure Island Road in Lexington County, as shown on the county map of county-maintained roads, is declared a public right-of-way from its point of origin at Misty Lane (Highway 759) along its entire length to Pleasure Island, then proceeding along the right fork at Pleasure Island to the 360 contour line of Lake Murray on the northeastern part of Pleasure Island.
Time effective
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
