A BILL

TO REPEAL SECTION 38-77-605, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE REQUIREMENT THAT THE REINSURANCE FACILITY RECOUPMENT CHARGE BE DISPLAYED ON PREMIUM NOTICES AND BILLS FOR PRIVATE PASSENGER AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Section 38-77-605 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
