TO PROHIBIT RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES ON LAKES OWNED OR UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE COMMISSION OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF GREENVILLE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Recreational activities including, but not limited to, boating or fishing is prohibited on all lakes owned or under the control of the Commission of Public Works of the City of Greenville.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
